This policy follows U.S. consumer protection standards, including guidance from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale products
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

- Include your order number
- Explain the reason for the return
- Wait for our approval and instructions
Do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Notebook Nation is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged notebook
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Full refund
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal)
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return items and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must go through the return process.
